





Description: * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's program in Administration, Accounting, Technology, or related fields; * Advanced Excel skills for creating macros, dashboards, charts, and management reports; * Written communication skills; * Systemic and process-oriented mindset; * Preferred: knowledge of credit and debit card operations. The Assistant will be responsible for generating performance indicators and internal controls using spreadsheets, applying advanced Excel expertise, with the following primary responsibilities: * Execute and monitor routine area controls, reporting any identified issues; * Use Excel to prepare lists, consolidate databases, and extract evidence (files, screenshots, reports, etc.) as required by team requests and instructions; * Liaise with internal company departments to support gathering information and tracking status, deadlines, and customer requests; * Prepare, update, and distribute control spreadsheets to internal departments upon request; * Generate and update performance indicators related to customer service and progress of requests handled by the area. 2512140202201862331
