Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers **IT Technician** **Summary:** We are seeking an **IT Technician** to work in Technical Support and maintenance of the **Senior System**, ensuring the proper operation of corporate systems and user support. **Responsibilities:** * User support for modules of the **Senior Sistemas ERP**; * Assistance with system parameterization and configuration; * Monitoring of updates and patches; * Support in generating reports and queries; * Coordination with vendors to open technical support tickets; * On-site and remote incident handling (Level 1 and Level 2); * Software and hardware installation and configuration; * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers; * Basic network support (internet, printers, shared resources). **Education:** * Completed technical degree or ongoing undergraduate degree in IT or related fields **Technical Competencies:** * User support experience (Windows, Microsoft Office, basic networking); * ERP experience, preferably with the Senior System; * Basic database knowledge (basic SQL is a plus). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity; * Teamwork; * Strong communication skills; * Organization and problem-solving focus.
