




Description: We are looking for a candidate with: * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Administration, or related fields; * Proven experience in data analysis applied to marketing and growth; * Proficiency in SQL for complex queries on large databases; * Advanced knowledge of Python for statistical analysis, machine learning, automation, and data pipelines; * Experience with data visualization and dashboard tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio; * Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and digital tracking tools (Firebase, BigQuery); * Knowledge of statistical modeling, predictive modeling, and segmentation techniques (RFV, clustering, cohorts); * Experience in analysis and development of attribution models (MTA) and marketing mix modeling (MMM); * Ability to translate business problems into technical analyses and clearly communicate insights to stakeholders; * Self-driven, consultative, results-oriented, with experience in measuring ROI, CAC, and LTV. Work Location: Belo Horizonte/MG (Hybrid work model); Your main challenges will be: * Extract, process, and analyze large volumes of data from relational databases and Big Data environments; * Create strategic dashboards and automated reports, monitoring business KPIs and OKRs; * Conduct exploratory, ad-hoc, and predictive analyses, delivering insights to support strategic decisions; * Develop machine learning and segmentation models to predict behavior, optimize campaigns, and increase engagement; * Support media budget optimization through elasticity, ROI, ROAS analyses, and attribution models; * Analyze customer lifecycle and cohorts, generating recommendations for acquisition, engagement, and retention; * Implement and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes, ensuring data quality and consistency; * Work on advanced measurement projects (e.g., MTA, MMM), supporting better investment allocation; * Ensure the marketing and growth teams have real-time visibility into performance and can act swiftly; * Act as a strategic partner to Growth, Media, CRM, and Product teams, influencing decisions based on evidence. 2511210202471720890
