Job Summary: You will support the BI team in data analysis and insight generation to guide strategic decisions, developing and maintaining dashboards. Key Highlights: 1. You will support the BI team in data analysis and insight generation activities that help guide the company's strategic decisions. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Creation of Simple Dashboards** Develop visual dashboards with charts, tables, and cards that present data clearly and intuitively. Work with responsive layouts. **Data Extraction and Import** Import data from sources such as Excel, CSV, SQL databases, and other APIs. Connect and configure data sources in Power BI. **Data Cleaning and Transformation** Use Power Query to remove duplicates, correct inconsistencies, format values, and structure data prior to visualization. **Creation of Measures and Calculations** Develop simple DAX formulas to calculate totals, averages, percentages, and basic KPIs. **Visual Formatting** Apply colors, fonts, themes, and conditional formatting to improve report readability and visual impact. **Filters and Slicers** Implement interactive filters enabling users to dynamically explore data (slicers, page filters). **Table Relationships** Configure correct relationships between tables to ensure accurate calculations in dashboards. **Report Publishing** Publish reports to the Power BI service, manage basic permissions, and share with users. **Documentation** Record the development process, data structure, and dashboard usage guidelines. * **Support and Maintenance** Make minor adjustments to existing dashboards, fix errors, and respond to basic user questions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; Interest in data analysis and BI; Intermediate Excel skills; Basic knowledge of Power BI; Strong programming logic and analytical reasoning; Desirable: familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data manipulation languages.
