If you wish to join a dynamic and innovative group that values **excellence** in every detail, this is your opportunity! **Responsibilities and duties** Collect, clean, and transform data from diverse sources (ERP, CRM, contract platforms, insurance systems, SQL/NoSQL databases, APIs). Design and maintain models, dashboards, and reports supporting business decisions in F&I (e.g., product uptake, churn, conversion, credit approval, claims, premiums, commissions, margins). Develop relevant metrics and indicators (KPIs) for F&I, such as approval rate, cycle time, return rate, cost per contract, CAC, LTV, ROAS, claim frequency, default probability, fraud. Analyze the performance of financial products (credit, insurance, warranties) and their impact on profitability and customer experience. Ensure data governance, data quality, and documentation (data dictionaries, quality metrics, lineage). Collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales teams to prioritize initiatives. Automate ETL/ELT processes, schedule jobs, and monitor pipelines. Support internal/external audits and regulatory compliance applicable to the F&I sector. Present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. **Requirements and qualifications** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. Experience: Data analysis experience; experience in F&I, fintech, insurance, or banking is a plus. Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI) and building interactive dashboards. Knowledge of statistics and experimentation (A/B testing, regression models, classification). Understanding of credit, insurance, warranty products, rates, margins, pricing, and risk. Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and documentation.
