




Responsible for the preparation and monitoring of proposals and internal budget control. Suggests negotiation policies, participates in events, and has full knowledge of the functionalities of the products and services offered by the company. Provides post-sales customer follow-up (related to internal and external service). Responsible for opening, canceling, and closing Service Orders, as well as negotiation and budgeting. Monitors proposals in verification summaries, controls service workflows and processes, provides information related to demand closure to relevant internal departments, clarifies doubts from other departments involved in proposal closure and final customer service. Transfers data and information for reporting results and goals set by superiors. Responsible for confirming service schedules and monitoring reports of pending services. Handles requests received through SAC (PRM). Responsible for monitoring service orders for internal products. Provides feedback on customer service progress, conducts post-sales activities by sending the Customer Satisfaction Survey to clients and advising them on the importance of responding honestly.
