Customer-centric culture **Company Arkmeds is hiring:** **Learn about the company:** https://www.arkmeds.com.br/ Responsibilities: * Level 1 customer service: Respond to inquiries via chat, e\-mail, or possible meetings. * Assist users in operating the system. Collect information regarding reported issues. * Create and track support tickets: Log requests and incidents in the ticketing system. * Testing and simulations: Reproduce reported errors to understand their root cause. * Test basic functionalities of new software features. * Collaborate with other team members. * Advocate for a customer-centric culture within the organization. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Technical or Undergraduate program in: Information Technology, technology-related fields, Production Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
