What will you do daily? * Perform document checks and identity validations, ensuring compliance with internal policies; * Query internal systems and manage the queue for approval of registrations and transactions; * Monitor transactions in real time, analyze alerts, and identify potential indicators of fraud; * Collect and process evidence in suspicious cases, supporting investigations and departmental decisions; * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring data quality; * Support quality control routines, reporting, and adjustments to the decision engine; * Suggest process improvements to reduce errors and strengthen operational security.
