Focus on continuous improvement and value generation **Job Description:** ---------------------- Location: Belo Horizonte CCPR is seeking a Process Analyst to lead process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with business areas on process evolution and standardization. Key responsibilities: \- Lead AS\-IS and TO\-BE process mapping projects using BPM and BPMN notation \- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement \- Lead the standardization plan, including document development and review with leadership \- Train and certify process champions on quality methodologies and tools Requirements: \- Degree in Business Administration or Engineering (e.g., Production, Chemical, Mechanical) or related fields \- Knowledge of methodologies such as PDCA, Lean, Kaizen, and 5S \- Experience with tools such as Bizagi, SIPOC, Pareto Chart, and Ishikawa Diagram \- Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite \- Knowledge of Power BI If you identify with the process domain and seek to work in a structured environment focused on continuous improvement and value generation, this opportunity may be right for you.
