#### **About the position:** * We are looking for a Junior ERP TOTVS RM Analyst to join our team and support the operation, maintenance, and evolution of TOTVS system modules, ensuring agility, reliability, and efficiency in internal processes. #### **Key responsibilities:** * Provide user support for using TOTVS modules. * Open, track, and resolve technical tickets related to the system. * Assist with adjustments, configurations, data entries, and operational routines within the ERP. * Contribute to analyzing inconsistencies, executing tests, and validating system improvements. * Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations alongside the IT team and requesting departments. * Develop simple user manuals and guidelines to improve system usability. Ensure proper organization and documentation of requests in tracking tools. * #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Basic knowledge or initial experience with TOTVS (RM, Protheus, or other product lines). * Familiarity with corporate processes (HR, Finance, Procurement, Academic). * Analytical ability, organizational skills, strong communication, and willingness to learn. Basic proficiency in Excel. * #### **Desirable qualifications (a plus):** * Knowledge of SQL databases. * Experience in user support or service desk roles.
