Order registration: Enter customer order data, such as items, quantities, prices, payment terms, etc. Ensure all order information is accurate before processing—e.g., customer details, requested items, and agreed-upon terms. Communication with sales team and customers: May need to contact customers and sales representatives to confirm order details or clarify questions. Order status tracking. Sending confirmations. Organize and monitor product receipt, verifying that all items have been delivered as agreed. Address potential issues, such as delays or defective products, seeking solutions with suppliers. Record incidents and track resolution follow-ups with suppliers and sales consultants. Support the finance department in supplier payment processes, ensuring payments are made within agreed deadlines. Assist with contract management, reviewing agreed terms and ensuring compliance. Assist with online customer reception for Tablo.
