**Opportunity:**
The Continuous Improvement Assistant is responsible for supporting continuous improvement initiatives across Mediphacos’ production processes, contributing to standardization, workflow optimization, waste reduction, and enhanced operational efficiency — always in compliance with regulatory requirements for medical devices.

**Responsibilities:**
* Support data collection and analysis from production and quality systems to identify improvement opportunities;
* Assist in applying quality tools (5S, PDCA, Kaizen, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, among others);
* Monitor and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
* Assist in drafting and reviewing work instructions and process standardizations;
* Support internal training sessions and campaigns on continuous improvement culture and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP);
* Participate in team meetings to review performance indicators (KPIs);
* Support organization of Kaizen events and cross-departmental working groups;
* Conduct basic internal 5S audits and assist in handling action plans;
* Assist in digitizing forms, checklists, and operational controls.
**Requirements:**
**Mandatory:**
Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree from the 6th semester onwards in Engineering, Pharmacy, Biomedicine, or Administration.
Experience providing support and/or managing shop-floor operations with focus on process optimization and continuous improvement tools, including data analysis — BI.
