




Job Summary: Technical support, maintenance, and installation of printers, copiers, and scanners, including fault identification and report completion. Key Highlights: 1. Installation, configuration, and testing of equipment **Your Responsibilities:** * Perform internal and external technical support for printers, copiers, and scanners; * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment; * Install, configure, and test equipment at client sites; * Identify technical faults and propose agile and efficient solutions; * Complete simple technical support reports and follow internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education * Technical or higher education degree in technology (Electronics, Mechatronics, or related technology field) required * Basic knowledge of Data Networking * Printer Technician with proven experience in printer technical support for brands: Ricoh, Brother, Samsung, Kyocera, HP, Canon * Valid Brazilian driver's license category B or A required **What We Offer:** * Collaborative work environment with learning opportunities * :Salary negotiable: * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00 * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance: R$ 20.00 per business day * Training on products and processes Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Compensation: R$1.700,00 – R$2.900,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Currently pursuing or previously interrupted technical education (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
