We are seeking a **NURSING INTERN** to join our Nursing team at Hospital Semper in Belo Horizonte. **Duties and Responsibilities:** Accompany the supervising nurse during patient admissions from the Emergency Department, ICU, and operating room; Participate in shift handovers with the nurse; Assist the supervising nurse with administrative tasks in the department; Assist the supervising nurse in providing guidance to nursing staff; Assist in performing procedures such as indwelling urinary catheterization, venous access (SVA), nasoenteric tube (SNE), and nasogastric tube (SNG) insertion; Observe venous catheter puncture; Observe nursing technicians while performing procedures; Document nursing assessments and procedures on official forms; Assist in patient transfers to the ICU; Monitor daily medical prescriptions and verify medication administration checks; Perform administrative routine checklists for the department and verify the functionality of equipment used in the nursing area together with the nurse, requesting repairs and/or replacements as needed; Participate in the implementation process of new work tools; Comply with hospital infection prevention and control measures; Participate in biosafety measures; Perform other tasks essential to the development of departmental activities inherent to this role; **Education:** Currently enrolled in a Nursing undergraduate program, from the 4th semester onward. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM or 1:00 PM–7:00 PM **LOCATION:** Hospital Semper Interested candidates should send their resumes with the position title in the email subject line to: trabalheconosco@hsemper.com.br Join our team!! ?
