Belo Horizonte/MG – Pampulha Region (On-site) Job Description We are seeking a Construction Estimator to develop, analyze, and formulate construction and engineering service budgets, ensuring competitiveness, financial viability, and technical compliance with projects and contracts. The professional will be responsible for project analysis, quantity takeoff, cost composition, supplier quotations, and technical-commercial support during public and private tenders and bidding processes. Key Responsibilities * Quantity takeoff of materials and services; * Preparation of construction and maintenance budgets; * Composition of direct and indirect costs; * Analysis of project documents, descriptive memoranda, and technical specifications; * Requesting and analyzing supplier quotations; * Preparation of budget spreadsheets; * Technical support for public and private tenders; * Pricing formation and financial viability analysis; * Proposal equalization and comparative analysis; * Control and updating of price and input databases; * Support for commercial, engineering, and operations departments. Requirements * Technical or higher education degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in construction or engineering service budgeting; * Knowledge of cost composition; * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of tendering processes is a plus. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with HVAC contracts; * Familiarity with SINAPI, SICRO, SEINFRA, or similar cost databases; * Experience with Sienge, AutoCAD, Power BI, or MS Project; * Experience in public tenders; * Knowledge of BDI (Basic Direct Costs), social charges, and pricing methodology. Work Schedule Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Additional Information * Immediate availability required; * On-site work; * Dynamic environment focused on results.
