If you are creative, organized, have a strong aesthetic sense, and enjoy getting hands-on across multiple marketing areas, this position is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Participate in the **planning and execution of campaigns** including institutional, promotional, and product launch initiatives. * Work on **internal marketing and internal communication** projects, contributing ideas and executions aligned with AP Ponto’s culture. * Manage AP Ponto’s **official communication channels**, from planning and content production to performance analysis. * Support the organization of **internal and external events**, ensuring high-quality brand experience. * Manage **suppliers**, monitoring deadlines, deliverables, and budgets. * Act as a bridge between marketing and other departments, ensuring effective **communication and alignment of requests.** * Monitor and keep the **website and landing pages** updated. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Solid marketing experience with expertise in digital strategies. * Familiarity with CRM tools, e\-mail marketing platforms, and website management systems. * Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills. * Critical eye and aesthetic sensitivity for visual content. * Good communication skills, proactive attitude, and collaborative mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with tools: CV CRM, Brevo, Hostinger, WordPress, Make.com, Fillout, Figma, Notion. * Experience using AI tools in daily tasks to optimize workflows.
