Diagnose and resolve optical fiber-related issues, such as attenuation, dispersion, and connectivity failures. Perform preventive maintenance on optical fiber systems to identify and correct potential problems before they affect signal quality. Provide technical support to customers and end users regarding optical fiber network connectivity and performance, offering assistance and guidance to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with project teams in developing plans and strategies for expansion, upgrade, and optimization of optical fiber networks, contributing technical insights and expertise to new project development.
