Job Summary: Commercial Assistant to support the Buyer by scheduling suppliers, issuing reports and purchase orders, generating agreements and price lists, and assisting with invoice management and promotional activities. Dynamic environment focused on organization and proactivity. **Commercial Assistant** ------------------------ **OVERVIEW** Support the Buyer by scheduling suppliers, issuing reports and purchase orders, generating agreements and price lists, entering information about flyers and promotional activities, and verifying "lamina" documents (product images and descriptions). Handle invoice-related matters, shelf-life inspections, update databases and spreadsheets, and perform other support tasks for the procurement department. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Invoice handling Generating store purchase orders Updating databases and spreadsheets Supplier registration forms Generating supplier price lists Handling shelf-life inspections and damage assessments Supporting store requests Verifying lamina (images and descriptions) Generating agreements Sending purchase orders to suppliers Inputting flyers and promotional activities Scheduling suppliers Stock reports for suppliers Requesting quotations from registered suppliers Negotiating sell-out terms Receiving suppliers in person Collecting payments from suppliers **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Incomplete undergraduate degree Minimum 1 year of experience in the role **KNOWLEDGE** Basic computer skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite **COMPETENCIES** Adaptability Systemic analysis Customer focus Technological awareness Communication Creativity Dynamism Effectiveness Active listening Flexibility Emotional intelligence Negotiation Organization Planning Proactivity Interpersonal relationships Problem solving Teamwork. **BENEFITS** Meal voucher Health insurance Dental insurance Educational assistance Group life insurance
