If you are driven by challenges, enjoy working in teams, and seek a place where your ideas are valued, join us to drive business forward and build the future! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Generate purchase orders for office consumables, production and facility maintenance materials, low-complexity inputs, assets, and services within established deadlines and standards. * Support GerHelps according to the activity division defined by the area manager. * Verify invoices against purchase orders and forward them for goods receipt. * Provide support during quotation and acquisition processes for products or services. * Assist in maintaining updated procurement processes for assigned items in the system and related control reports. * Conduct follow-up and monitor delivery timelines to ensure adherence to scheduled deadlines. * Support supplier development and qualification. * Collect and tabulate procurement performance indicator data. * Monitor supplier approvals (homologations). * Support Engineering projects by requesting samples. * Issue SAE documents, maintain records and control rejected items (returns / scrap) per departmental procedures. * Develop and update spreadsheets and internal processes related to performed activities. * Monitor, map, and control expenses related to cleaning, cafeteria services, motorcycle couriers, telephony, office supplies, and corporate cards, submitting reports to superiors for evaluation. * Register suppliers. * Prepare documentation for returns, transfers, shipment for repair, or disposal of materials as instructed. * Prepare purchase orders and/or delivery rescheduling requests for materials, ensuring control and timely fulfillment of internal customer requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Education: Completed high school. * Prior experience; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; #### **Nice-to-Have:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. * ERP knowledge, specifically in the procurement module. **Additional Information** #### **Our Benefits** Opportunity to work at a company experiencing continuous growth Celebratory events on special dates On-site cafeteria Meal allowance Life insurance Transportation allowance Pet care plan Medical and dental assistance Profit Sharing Program Partnerships with universities and language schools Workplace gymnastics PDE&I – Educational and Language Development Program Flexible dress code Wellhub Program (Gympass) * *Working hours: Monday to Thursday – 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday – 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a one-hour rest break.* *Gertec does not discriminate based on race, religion, color, gender, age, non-disabling disability, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other factor prohibited by local legislation.
