Amazon is seeking an Area Manager for our facility. As one of the most recognized brands globally, we deliver millions of products annually to our loyal customers. You will focus on four key areas: safety, quality, customer experience, and your department’s productivity. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze workload forecasts and determine daily productivity requirements to achieve the facility’s overall goals * Collaborate with other Area Managers to balance the workforce, ensuring balanced and efficient operations while meeting all targets * Support all safety programs and regulatory compliance initiatives to ensure a safe working environment for all associates * Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * Experience managing teams * Analytical ability and results orientation * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools Work Conditions: * 3x2 shift schedule (3 days on, 3 days off; 2 days on, 2 days off) * 12-hour shifts (06:00–18:00 or 18:00–05:00) * Availability to work on weekends * Ability to lift up to 22 kg * Willingness to walk long distances in the warehouse * Ability to stand for up to 12 hours * Adaptability to varying environmental conditions * Access to all areas of the building (including standard and ship-style stairs) This position reports to the Operations Manager or Senior Manager.**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Bachelor's degree or equivalent * Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays * Experience managing employees and performance **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or Lean techniques; * English skills.
