Join our purpose! **Responsibilities and duties** * We are hiring a Biochemist with a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/Biochemistry and active registration with the respective professional council, and proven experience in clinical laboratories. * Requires solid expertise in hematology, clinical biochemistry, urinalysis, parasitology, and microbiology—including performing, critically analyzing, and releasing laboratory tests. Proficiency in slide reading and interpretation, as well as execution and monitoring of internal and external quality controls, is required. * Experience in quality management systems is desirable, including knowledge of PALC standards and practical experience with accreditation processes such as ONA and Qmentum, ensuring compliance with technical standards, traceability, and laboratory process safety. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; * Specialization in hospital settings is desirable; * Active CRF registration; * Professional profile: proactivity, responsibility, flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, organization, and ability to work effectively in teams. **Additional information** Work schedule: availability for morning shifts, initially hired on a daily-wage basis, fulfilling pre-scheduled shifts for a fixed term.
