Ensures correct application of financial procedures, contributing to the reliability of financial information and efficient liquidity management. * Execute accounts payable and treasury routines, including verification, scheduling, and monitoring of payments; * Record and clear financial entries in the ERP system; * Perform daily bank reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and implementing necessary adjustments; * Monitor bank balances and support updating of daily and projected cash flow statements; * Support administration of advances, reimbursements, and financial settlements; * Verify financial documents to ensure compliance with internal policies and established deadlines; * Support operational relationships with financial institutions; * Organize and maintain physical and digital financial files and supporting documents; * Assist in preparing cash position and financial movement reports; * Support internal and external audits by providing requested documents and information; * Contribute to continuous improvement of treasury operational processes; * Comply with internal financial compliance standards and internal controls; * Operate the company vehicle when required to perform job-related activities.
