Focus on analysis and correction of tax inconsistencies We are seeking a Tax Accounting Assistant to **work in a specialized accounting advisory firm providing administrative services, business advisory services, and general accounting services.** Join this team of excellence! **Responsibilities:** * Recording and verification of incoming and outgoing invoices; * Tax classification of transactions (CFOP, NCM, and taxation); * Tax calculation: ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL; * Knowledge of federal withholding taxes; * Support in fulfilling ancillary tax obligations (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, DCTFWeb, EFD-Reinf, and MIT); * Analysis and correction of tax inconsistencies; * Understanding of tax regimes: Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real; * Knowledge of tax accounting and ability to read tax documents. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, completed or in progress; * Prior experience in tax-related routines; * Mandatory experience with the Domínio system; * Interpretation of tax legislation; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Experience with accounting ERP systems.
