Job Summary: Facility Agent responsible for access control, operational support, garage supervision, and condominium monitoring via CCTV, communicating information to responsible parties. Building incident communication and registration **JOB DESCRIPTION**: \- Facility Agent \- Control vehicle entry and exit in garages; \- Support facility operations; \- Conduct patrols to inspect garage maintenance and vehicles; \- Record building incidents in logbooks; \- Monitor all condominium movement via CCTV; \- Relay all information to respective responsible parties; **EDUCATION AND DESIRED EXPERIENCE** \- Completed high school education \- Experience in personnel access control activities; \- Visual inspections to verify normal operation of facilities. \- Availability for various shifts and days. **BEHAVIORAL CHARACTERISTICS** \- Strong communication skills \- Courtesy \- Proactivity / Initiative \- Professional demeanor and personal presentation **FIXED SALARY** R$1,836.79 **BENEFITS** \- Transportation allowance \- Meal allowance \- Dental plan \- Group life insurance \- Good Card (pharmacy) card \- Gympass \- Sesc/Senac and Firjan agreements \- Discounts on courses and universities.
