Customer service for internal/external clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp * Knowledge of e\-commerce (Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon) * Perform internal controls using spreadsheets. * Product and material verification. * Communication via e\-mail. * Receiving materials. * General customer service for internal/external clients. * Phone / email / WhatsApp support * Knowledge of DANFE and bill issuance **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prior experience in online sales, preferably on Mercado Livre or other e-commerce platforms * Written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, organization, and planning * Innovative \* : Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: Starting from R$1\.700,00 per month Benefits: * Food allowance * Transportation voucher Possibility of relocation/moving to the job location: * Rio de Janeiro, RJ: Relocate or move to the job location prior to starting work (Preferred) Experience: * Proficiency in Excel and Word routines (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
