PVAX seeks a **Professional** to lead strategic initiatives, ensuring organization, cross-departmental integration, and high performance in deliverables. ### **Responsibilities:** * Plan, structure, and monitor projects (schedules, budgets, and action plans) * Manage risks and dependencies, defining mitigation plans * Facilitate communication across departments and stakeholders, leading meetings and presentations * Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvements * Ensure application of project management methodologies and standardization * Support and guide project analysts ### **Requirements:** * Experience in project coordination * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management (preferred) * Knowledge of agile and predictive methodologies * Experience with tools such as ClickUp, Monday, Notion, Asana, or similar * Clear communication, organizational skills, and systemic thinking ### **Work Model:** * On-site, with one day of remote work per week * Contract type: Independent Contractor (PJ) * Competitive compensation aligned with market standards and candidate’s salary expectations ### **What We Offer:** * Collaborative and challenging work environment * Involvement in strategic projects * Opportunity for professional growth and development Minimum Education Level: Postgraduate Specialization/MBA
