Job Summary: Professional responsible for coordinating, supervising, and guiding a sales promoter team, ensuring in-store activities, monitoring performance results, and conducting field visits. Leadership and organization **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, supervise, and guide the sales promoter team; * Ensure execution of activities at the point of sale (PDV); * Monitor results, targets, and KPIs; * Conduct field visits and align with clients/markets; * Prepare reports and provide feedback to the team. **Requirements:** * Experience coordinating external teams; * Experience working with sales promoters and market operations; * Strong communication skills, leadership, and organizational ability; * Availability for field work. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in trade marketing or PDV operations. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Willingness to travel Transportation allowance (VT), Meal voucher (VR)
