Job Summary: Comprehensive customer service, from understanding client needs to executing and releasing decoration projects, with a focus on furniture. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive customer service and execution of decoration projects 2. Desirable experience as a design salesperson 3. Knowledge of Promob and/or similar software Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive customer service, including: - Listening to and understanding customers' needs and preferences; - Conducting complete measurements of spaces; - Executing decoration projects for the space, especially regarding proposed furniture; - Presenting, negotiating, and closing sales; - Finalizing project release to the factory. Required Education and Experience: - Completed or ongoing degree in Interior Design or Architecture; - Desirable experience as a design salesperson; - Knowledge of Promob and/or similar software.
