




Job Summary: A BIM professional to support management, ensuring the application, maintenance, and monitoring of BIM processes and standards, as well as coordination of multidisciplinary projects. Description: * Proven experience in managing, coordinating, or implementing BIM processes. * Experience in developing and managing BIM documents (EIR, MIDP, BEP, Mandates, ITs). * Experience coordinating and resolving clashes in multidisciplinary projects. * Solid knowledge of information management and construction standards. * Experience in auditing and quality control of BIM models. * Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM management tools. * Experience working in collaborative environments, including issues tracking, BCF, and CDE. Responsibilities and Duties: * Serve as direct support to the BIM Management team, reinforcing the operational and technical routine of the Rio de Janeiro BIM Unit. * Ensure the application, maintenance, and monitoring of standard BIM documents: EIR, MIDP, BEP, Mandates, and Work Instructions. * Ensure compliance with corporate BIM standards across the São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro regional offices, acting as a technical liaison between teams. * Manage BIM information, including organization, version control, approval workflows, and traceability. * Conduct BIM model quality audits, verifying compliance with construction standards, information requirements, and corporate guidelines. * Support coordination of multidisciplinary BIM projects, promoting integration among disciplines. * Support implementation, structuring, and evolution of BIM processes in Rio de Janeiro. * Actively contribute to the implementation and consolidation of BIM Cost Estimation (5D) and integrations with scheduling (4D/7D). * Provide technical support during meetings with designers, coordinators, and internal departments, ensuring alignment on guidelines and assumptions. 2512040202181901036
