Perform preventive and corrective maintenance through activities such as supervision and installation of systems (electrical, refrigeration, etc.). Schedule machine operations; plan and supervise installation services—including machine and equipment construction, layout adaptation, and electro-hydraulic-pneumatic installations—to enhance and improve equipment capacity and productivity. Schedule machine shutdowns for preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize non-productive equipment time. Plan services related to minor installations, maintenance or improvement works for factory and office building facilities. Develop work procedures for corrective and preventive maintenance, making necessary modifications and adaptations. Develop design projects for devices used in machines and equipment. Select and hire third-party service providers for equipment repairs, based on technical evaluation, market research, and cost-benefit analysis. Research and register new maintenance materials for inclusion in inventory and procurement systems. Supervise receipt and inspection of maintenance materials, ensuring compliance with specifications. Supervise contracts with third-party companies. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance performed by internal teams and third-party companies. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical education or proven experience in the field.
