We are seeking a **Senior Java Developer** to contribute to the evolution of complex distributed systems in the financial market, responsible for technical and architectural decisions while evaluating trade\-offs related to performance, scalability, maintainability, and security — working within agile squads using modern and innovative technologies. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and evolve highly complex systems with direct impact on the financial market. * Make technical and strategic decisions, assessing risks and impacts of solutions regarding performance, scalability, maintainability, and other technical aspects. * Produce and maintain architectural solution documentation as required. * Advise and guide the team in resolving technical problems and architectural challenges. * Perform detailed estimations and support work planning. * Contribute to continuous product improvement by researching new technologies and design patterns, and presenting recommendations to leadership. * Provide mentoring and technical guidance to more junior team members. * Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices. * Perform application troubleshooting, identifying and resolving failures and incidents. * Work on products that directly affect the financial market. * Use cutting-edge technologies and contribute to disruptive solutions. **Requirements and qualifications** * Minimum 7 years of experience in Java analysis and development * Web development (JavaScript, HTML/CSS) * Modern architectures based on microservices and APIs (REST) * Angular JavaScript framework * Spring Boot framework * Relational database and SQL * IDE: Eclipse or IntelliJ * Code versioning with GIT and current workflows * Maven dependency manager * Messaging solutions (AMQ or IBM MQ) * Agile methodology (SCRUM or KANBAN) * CI/CD pipelines **Preferred knowledge:** --------------------------------- * CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Maven * Containers (Kubernetes/Docker) * Sonar * Nexus * Performance testing * TDD and BDD (Cucumber) * Troubleshooting with Dynatrace * Application cryptography **Additional information** * Meal allowance: R$ 1\.177,00 * Food allowance: R$ 925,00 * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Hybrid work model * Life insurance * Private pension plan * Home office allowance * 6-month parental leave for all ANBIMA employees * Funeral assistance * Partnerships, birthday day off, and much more...
