If you believe you may benefit from our affirmative action policy, please indicate so in your application.** **Mission** Ensure the efficient execution of treasury and financial support routines, guaranteeing cash flow organization, documentary compliance, accuracy in financial entries, and support to internal departments and projects, thereby contributing to CIEDS’s financial sustainability and institutional transparency. **Main Responsibilities** **Treasury and Cash Flow Management** * Perform financial and accounting entries, ensuring correct classification of expenses and revenues. * Issue, verify, and track payment and receipt vouchers. * Support accounts payable and receivable management, ensuring timely execution and financial organization. * Contribute to updating and monitoring cash flow. **Reconciliation and Financial Control** * Conduct periodic bank reconciliations, ensuring data accuracy. * Verify financial documents such as invoices, bank slips, contracts, and reports. * Organize and maintain up-to-date physical and digital financial documentation. * Support budgetary control for projects and cost centers, ensuring adherence to financial planning. **Accountability and Compliance** * Support the organization and systematization of documents for internal and external audits. * Contribute to preparing project accountability reports. * Ensure financial processes comply with internal policies, contractual clauses, and legal requirements. **Technical Requirements** * Completed technical education or currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s program in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in financial routines, treasury, or accounts payable/receivable. * Knowledge of bank reconciliation and cash flow control. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, and database organization). * Experience with financial systems or ERP is desirable.
