Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic E-commerce Analyst to manage and expand our digital channels, optimizing sales, customer experience, and online processes. Key Highlights: 1. Cross-functional collaboration with various business areas We are looking for an **E-commerce Analyst** to oversee the management and growth of our digital channels, contributing to increased sales, improved customer experience, and optimized online processes. The professional will play a strategic role in monitoring KPIs, operating the e-commerce store, and executing commercial initiatives. Key Responsibilities: * Operational management of the e-commerce store and marketplaces; * Product listing, updating, and optimization; * Order, inventory, and system integration monitoring; * Monitoring of sales performance and key metrics (KPIs); * Creation and tracking of promotional campaigns; * Collaboration with Marketing, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Support teams; * Competitive analysis, pricing review, and digital market trend monitoring; * Support for digital media and performance marketing strategies; * Preparation of management reports and dashboards. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, Advertising, or related fields; * Prior experience operating e-commerce platforms or marketplaces; * Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (VTEX, Tray, Shopify, Magento, or similar); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee, Magalu, etc.); * Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, or BI tools; * Basic understanding of e-commerce SEO; * Experience with ERP systems and integrations.
