Execute and maintain up-to-date material master data using the system, ensuring materials can be consulted and utilized when required, with a focus on procurement demands from the construction and engineering departments. **Responsibilities and Duties** Proficiency in CS system, PIMS, and basic IT (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Execute and monitor material and supplier master data routines, collaborating closely with requesting departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in processes, procedures, quality, and service levels; Contribute—upon request—to the analysis of reporting matrix parameters, inventory turnover, MRP replenishment, stock coverage, obsolescence, active items, accuracy, inventories (rotating and annual), among others, thereby supporting the accuracy and quality of inventory management information for decision-making by the warehouse manager; Contribute—upon request—to the execution of inventories, aiming to reconcile discrepancies with accounting records and ensure compliance of inventory items; Perform—upon request—follow-up, identification, and resolution of: unprocessed requisitions, delayed purchase orders, receiving discrepancies, and exchange items; Manage inventory costs, with emphasis on intelligent inventory reduction; Act as a communication link among personnel and departments in cases of operational incidents related to warehouse and SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) matters; serve as an educator and promoter of a prevention-focused SSMA culture; Support processes toward achieving service-level targets and performance goals; Contribute to annual planning and sizing of materials, supplies, equipment, and machinery to define priorities; Develop, analyze, and monitor KPIs, updating the results tracking dashboard through visual management; Support and inspect—upon request—service delivery discrepancies, identify root causes, develop improvements, formulate action plans, and present performance indicators; Develop—upon request—apply and evaluate MRP replenishment and usage for MRO items, including demand curve analysis; Prepare/inspect spreadsheets and reports analyzing internal customer service levels, identifying discrepancies and proposing solutions based on internal procedures; Monitor inventory management information, including goods receipt and dispatch entries; Support—upon request—the inspection of data integrity regarding goods receipt entries into the system; Inspect the validity period control spreadsheet for items with expiration dates, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulations; Provide technical input for warehouse layout planning, applying storage standards and techniques to ensure workflow efficiency; Monitor item consumption to identify obsolete items and jointly implement corrective actions with the Warehouse Manager, per internal standards and regulations; Track returned materials and associated handling decisions, identify process failures, implement corrective measures, and develop/revise internal procedures; Support continuous team improvement in problem/divergence resolution, updating the visual management dashboard; Support cost control for materials and warehousing; Support development of shift work schedules and related activities; Monitor employee attendance, overtime hours, leave days, and vacation schedules; Perform job duties in full compliance with all organizational safety, health, and environmental work standards and procedures, consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position and department.
