Description:
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Production, or related fields;
* Proven experience in industrial process management;
* Experience leading teams and implementing operational improvements;
* Knowledge of preventive maintenance and Lean methodologies;
* Organized, disciplined, analytical, and results-oriented profile.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience in the construction materials industry, plastics industry, or industrial transformation;
* Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certifications;
* Track record of team structuring and implementation of indicator-based management.
* Structure the entire industrial team, ensuring organization, clarity of roles, and operational discipline;
* Map, standardize, and optimize industrial processes across all stages of the production chain;
* Implement consistent waste reduction programs (materials, time, and resources);
* Promote better utilization of labor through efficient allocation, training, and performance management;
* Develop productivity improvement projects using indicators, visual management, and continuous improvement;
* Enhance preventive maintenance processes to increase equipment availability and reduce failures;
* Implement Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and other operational excellence practices;
* Collaborate directly with Industrial Management and Executive Leadership to define goals, priorities, and action plans;
* Elevate quality, safety, and efficiency culture across the entire factory, among other responsibilities.
