Job Summary: We are seeking students to support the Contracts area by developing reports, organizing meetings, and assisting with administrative activities for the Contract Management Management. Candidate information for open positions during the selection process is rigorously handled in accordance with LGPD — the General Data Protection Law.* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the preparation of managerial presentations, dashboards, and periodic monitoring reports; * Organize and follow up on kick\-off meetings for MVV service contracts; * Review contractual documentation and attachments; * Support administrative activities of the Contract Management Management; * Develop spreadsheets and macros to assist Contract Management Management members in specific information controls for the area; * Manage documents and organize the area’s data network and files; * Monitor and follow up on managerial reports (e.g., Power BI) from the company’s contract dashboard (Validity and Deadline); * Support monitoring of MVV’s contract portfolios. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Engineering, Administration, or Information Systems; * Intermediate English proficiency preferred; * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; * Knowledge of Power BI preferred. **Additional Information** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * On-site meals; * Chartered transportation. ***Vale Verde Mining is Alagoas’ first base metals company, operating an open-pit mine for copper concentrate processing.
