




Description: What you need to have: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, or Psychology; * Excel proficiency – Intermediate; * 2–3 years of experience in recruiting for strategic positions and senior leadership roles; * Experience conducting competency-based interviews and administering behavioral assessments; * Experience developing and monitoring Attraction and Selection metrics. Nice-to-have: * Experience in recruitment consulting or high-volume hiring; * Experience administering and interpreting DISC assessments; * Participation in retention initiatives, talent pool development, and employee onboarding. * End-to-end management of open positions: screening, proactive candidate sourcing (hunting), scheduling, competency-based interviews, behavioral assessments, technical case studies, offer letter formalization, documentation submission, and pre-employment medical exam scheduling; * Identify, map, and propose innovative approaches to attract and select candidates with optimal cultural fit and alignment of soft and hard skills, in accordance with market best practices and diversity pillars; * Monitor and propose improvements to control and analysis of departmental metrics; * Conduct selection processes and candidate mapping for high-impact roles, specialist-level positions, technology roles, and senior leadership roles; * Promote and support the Diversity pillar throughout selection processes; * Manage and execute departmental controls and processes via spreadsheets, systems, etc.; * Track and maintain status updates for all positions under your responsibility; monitor and share progress reports on ongoing positions with management and Business Partners; * Guide approved candidates through the onboarding process (medical examination and document submission); * Ensure timely feedback to candidates participating in internal and external selection processes; * Monitor compliance with departmental policies and guidelines, verifying consistent application and ensuring transparency across selection processes and related programs; * Act as a multiplier whenever new tools or methodologies are introduced; * Develop, implement, and lead cross-functional projects as needed; * Support implementation of DP&C’s mission-related demands. 2512200202551476408
