




Job Summary: This assistant will be responsible for assembling and disassembling structures, moving parts and equipment, and collaborating with the team on-site. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in assembly and disassembly of structures 2. Move parts and equipment with the team 3. Focus on safety and use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPE) Assist throughout the entire process of assembling and disassembling structures, moving parts and equipment, sorting and collecting materials, interacting with the entire team, and meeting on-site requirements. Load and unload equipment from the truck; Sort equipment and move it to the service location together with the team; Assemble a drawer unit for storing parts; Set up isolation of the assembly work area using collective protective equipment (CPE); Assist in assembling suspended scaffolding platforms; Thread the steel cable through the traction box and fall arrest device, and coil excess steel cables onto reels; Test functionality of accessories such as clamps, scissors, and base plates; Deliver equipment to assemblers upon request; Collect unused and/or disassembled parts and place them in a designated safe location for immediate removal; Ensure personal and team safety; Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE) while performing tasks. Requirements: Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety Minimum 1 year of experience in operational roles, such as construction helper, construction laborer, or general helper.
