Collaboration with teams directly linked to the customer Full Time Campo Alegre Brazil Kariny Leao HR Manager OPPORTUNITY FOR NPI PROJECT COORDINATOR IN CAMPO ALEGRE What you'll do **Your responsibilities.** * Lead projects, ensuring they are completed within the scheduled timeline and budget; * Coordinate internal resources and third parties/suppliers; * Organize scheduled reviews; * Ensure that projects/programs are documented and reviewed according to the company’s development processes or as requested by external customers; * Develop and maintain detailed program plans to monitor and track progress, ensuring objectives are met and all deliverables are provided according to agreed requirements; * Report results to the management team, internal and external customers; * Adhere to the company’s established standards for quality, health, safety, environment, and energy efficiency. What we are looking for **Your profile.** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in project management is a plus; * Experience in the automotive wiring harness segment and with teams directly linked to the customer; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Advanced/Fluent English is mandatory; * Regional-level work scope; * Knowledge of WISE; * Availability to work during standard business hours.
