Basic sanitation in Brazil is currently undergoing transformation, marked by new expansion projects. Work Location: **ARAPIRACA/AL** **Responsibilities and Duties** Collect and update customer registration data in the field using the system or service orders (SO), ensuring accurate delivery of correspondence and resolving customer inquiries; Conduct debt collection via active phone calls, providing proper guidance to customers and contributing to business continuity; Standardize connections and installations, remove water meters from residential connections, perform tape-cutting (notification of water supply interruption), cut risers, reconnect risers, and carry out new connections, all in accordance with service orders; Perform meter reading reviews (review of meter readings / accounts), ensuring accurate information and numbers; Drive company vehicles (car/motorcycle) when required for external service, reporting any incidents and adhering to traffic safety rules and regulations; Comply with internal policies related to quality, environment, compliance, occupational health and safety. **Availability to work on Saturdays, if necessary.** **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Basic knowledge of hydraulics; **Driver's license category AB required.** Some additional (but non-essential) qualifications: Excel knowledge.
