We have an opening for you to become a **Select Client Specialist**, where you will be hired as a Specialist — the primary subject-matter expert in your area. **Your role will include:** * Managing and optimizing high-net-worth individual client portfolios; * Acquiring new clients to expand your portfolio in the market through offering and selling products and/or services to clients with monthly income above R$ 15,000; * Managing portfolio risk while ensuring quality, in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements; * Monitoring developments in the financial market to recommend the most suitable service or product according to each client’s needs; * Acting in a consultative and personalized manner, guaranteeing the best customer experience and guidance. **You’ll fit right in if you embody:** * **T**hink Customer – Put the customer first * **E**mbrace Change – Drive change * **A**ct Now – Act swiftly * **M**ove Together – Collaborate as a team * **S**peak Up – Speak openly **For this role, we value:** * Completed undergraduate degree (postgraduate qualification is a plus!); * CPA 20 certification – ANBIMA (CEA certification is also a plus!); * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of investment products; * Experience managing high-net-worth individual client portfolios.
