We have an opening for you to become a Business Banking Specialist (B1\), where you will be hired as a Specialist—the primary subject-matter expert in your area. Your role will include: • Managing and enhancing the profitability of the PJ (Legal Entity) client portfolio, ensuring close relationships, consultative service, and financial solutions aligned with each client’s needs; • Conducting a 100% field-based routine involving client visits; • Expanding the client base, focusing on companies with annual revenue between R$500,000 and R$10 million; • Managing portfolio risk to ensure business quality and sustainable growth; • Delivering excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining personalized attention. We value the following for this role: • CPA\-10 certification (ANBIMA); CPA\-20 is a plus; • Completed undergraduate degree; postgraduate qualification is a plus; • Experience managing PJ client portfolios; • Experience with credit products; • Discipline in executing established models; • Strong oral and written communication skills, empathy, and interpersonal abilities; • Strong commercial and negotiation skills; • Experience serving clients with annual revenue up to R$10 million will be considered a plus.
