FUNCTION MISSION: Support hotel operations, ensuring service quality, team integration, and excellence in guest service, in accordance with Vila Galé standards. YOUR PROFILE: Completed Technical or Higher Education in Hospitality, Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields. Intermediate and/or advanced knowledge of computer applications and hotel systems/software from a user perspective. Fluency in a second language (preferably English or Spanish). Relevant experience in this role aligned with the hotel’s profile or in departmental management such as F&B or Front Office is desirable. International experience and operational roles are considered advantageous. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Directly support the management of all operational and administrative departments (where applicable). Supervise and directly support the Quality Department in its activities and represent management in certification processes when necessary. Directly support the Human Resources Department in developing and implementing people motivation and development initiatives. Participate in Promotion, Marketing, and Human Resources activities. Act as General Manager when necessary. Propose operational improvements to General Management.
