We have an opening for you to become a Business Banking Specialist (B1\), where you will be hired as a Specialist — the primary subject-matter expert in your field. Your role will include: • Managing and monetizing corporate (PJ) client portfolios, ensuring close relationships, consultative service, and financial solutions aligned with each client’s specific needs; • Conducting a 100% external routine involving client visits; • Expanding the client base, focusing on companies with annual revenues between BRL 500,000 and BRL 10 million; • Performing portfolio risk management to ensure quality and sustainable business growth; • Delivering excellence in service, ensuring customer satisfaction and personalized attention. For this role, we value: • CPA\-10 certification (ANBIMA), with CPA\-20 as a plus; • Completed undergraduate degree; postgraduate qualification is a plus; • Experience managing corporate (PJ) client portfolios; • Experience with credit products; • Discipline in executing the established model; • Strong oral and written communication skills, along with empathy and relationship-building ability; • Strong commercial and negotiation skills; • Experience serving clients with revenues up to BRL 10 million will be considered a plus.
