Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Junior Support Technician to provide basic-level technical support, ensure system security, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. Challenging and collaborative work environment We are looking for a Junior Support Technician to join our team at the AEC Contact Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing basic-level technical support to internal and external users, ensuring the functionality and security of the company's operating systems and networks. You must have knowledge of the Windows operating system and related tools, such as Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, and Proxy. Theoretical knowledge of SaaS, IaaS, virtualization, and cloud computing will be an advantage. Fundamental understanding of computer networking and information security is essential for this position. Additionally, basic knowledge of hardware and software is required to identify and resolve technical issues. Candidates must demonstrate logical reasoning and proactivity in identifying and resolving problems. Teamwork ability is fundamental, as you will collaborate with other support team members and internal departments to ensure an efficient and secure work environment.
