The professional will be responsible for providing remote technical assistance to customers, focusing on CCTV systems (analog and IP), ensuring correct equipment operation and contributing to customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** Respond to technical requests via phone, email, WhatsApp, or internal system Assist remotely with configuration of cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and monitoring software Provide support in identifying equipment failures Log and track technical requests in the system Provide clear technical guidance to installers, field technicians, and end users Update firmware, manuals, and technical systems Support repair, logistics, and sales departments with technical information Participate in internal training sessions on company products **Requirements:** Technical education in Electronics, Electroelectronics, Networks, or related fields Experience in remote technical support, especially with CCTV systems Knowledge of DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, network protocols, and remote access Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in computer use and remote access tools Organized, patient, and customer-oriented profile Advantages Experience with brands such as Intelbras, Hikvision, Dahua Knowledge of networking (cabling, switches, routers, static/dynamic IP) Familiarity with help desk systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) Technical English for reading manuals Compensation and Benefits **Salary:** R$ 3\.200,00 **Meal Voucher:** R$ 25,00 per day **Transportation Voucher:** R$ 11,60 per day Health insurance Working Hours **Monday to Thursday:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Friday:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Overtime is not required for this position **Minimum Education Level:** Technical Course
