We seek a **Tech Lead for Analytics & AI** to lead a multidisciplinary team technically, focusing on building data-, machine learning-, and AI-based solutions applied to real-world business problems. This role is for individuals who combine technical excellence, architectural vision, and leadership—working closely with engineering, product, and business teams to make technical decisions, guide the team, and ensure scalable, high-quality deliveries. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Lead the team technically, taking ownership of defining development standards, architecture, and best practices. * Support the team in resolving technical challenges, removing blockers, and guiding decision-making. * Hands-on involvement in strategic or highly complex initiatives. * Translate product and business requirements into feasible, sustainable, and roadmap-aligned technical solutions. * Plan and track technical deliveries, participating in estimations, timelines, and prioritization. * Monitor engineering and quality metrics, mitigating technical risks. * Ensure quality practices such as code reviews, automated testing, and documentation. * Mentor and develop the team through 1:1s, feedback, and support for professional growth. * Act as a bridge between technology, product, and business, supporting alignment and technical decision-making. * Collaborate with the architecture team to build proofs of concept (PoCs) and assess technical feasibility of solutions. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Solid experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and ML in production (batch/streaming pipelines, deployment, and monitoring). * Ability to design data and ML architectures while evaluating trade-offs. * Knowledge of data engineering (OLTP/OLAP modeling, data lakes, integrations, and SQL). * Full-stack experience, with backend in Python and frontend integration using React and/or Angular. * Mastery of software architecture best practices and serving as the team’s technical reference. * Experience with agent-based AI architectures, agents, MCPs, and integration with AI platforms (e.g., AWS Bedrock). * Experience with Generative AI (RAG, embeddings, chains/agents). * Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, or similar). * Knowledge of Data Mesh, data governance, and large-scale systems. **LOCATION** Uberlândia/MG – On-site (Av.
