Responsibilities: - Client service and relationship management, acting as the main point of contact between the client and internal departments; - In-depth study and understanding of the client’s business, brands, specificities, and challenges, contributing strategic short- and medium-term solutions; - Planning and organizing briefings and activities in collaboration with other departments (Media, Creative, Data, etc.); - Managing deadlines, deliverables, and any issues arising with clients or the internal team; - Critical reading, interpretation, and questioning of briefings; - Creative planning, ensuring project progress through relevant business inputs; - Monitoring KPIs and organizing performance presentations; - Budget and proposal management with suppliers, including system entries; - Competitive and trend analysis, bringing market references and well-developed insights. Requirements: Knowledge of negotiation techniques; Prior experience at advertising agencies, especially in account management; Clear understanding of media objectives (awareness, consideration, conversion); Ability to translate media objectives into clear creative direction; Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency; Excellent communication skills; Agility in problem-solving and demand prioritization; Commitment to deadlines; Familiarity with tools such as Basecamp, Trello, Monday, or similar platforms; Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. Desirable: Experience with agile methodology; Knowledge of AI tools and resources applied to daily tasks.
