Description: Main responsibilities: * Supervise the team of mechanics and technicians, promoting training and continuous development. * Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules; * Manage inventory control of parts and materials; * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards; * Monitor performance indicators and propose process improvements. * Interact with suppliers and service providers for negotiation and contracting; * Perform technical repair activities on the fleet, focusing on improving operations and service functionality; Mandatory requirements: * Proven experience in automotive maintenance supervision. * Technical knowledge in automotive mechanics, electrical systems, and vehicle electronics. * Team management and leadership skills. * Planning and organizational ability. * Technical or higher education in mechanics, automotive engineering, or related fields.
