External cleaning of machines and equipment **Job Description:** We are looking for an **Industrial Cleaning Assistant** to join our team. The professional will be responsible for maintaining and organizing production and common areas, ensuring a safe and clean environment for operations. **Work Schedule:** * **Monday to Friday:** 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (with a 1-hour break from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM\). * **Saturday:** 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM\. * *Availability for the 2:00 AM shift end time is mandatory.* **Main Responsibilities:** * Cleaning and maintenance of the factory yard and common areas. * Proper collection, sorting, and disposal of industrial waste. * External cleaning of machines and equipment. * Ensuring proper organization of cleaning supplies and mandatory use of PPE. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in industrial or heavy-duty cleaning. * Residence in São José/SC or nearby areas. * Personal transportation or easy access for the 2:00 AM shift end time. * Proactive, punctual profile with strong focus on safety regulations. **Compensation and Additional Benefits:** * Fixed Salary. * Hazard Pay (20% of the minimum wage). * Night Shift Allowance (20%). **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher \+ Basic Food Basket; * Fuel Allowance or Transportation Voucher; * On-site Afternoon Snack; * SESC Membership; * Employee discounts on company products; * Discounts at partner local businesses. **Send your resume to: vagas@pioneirasul.com.br** **or via WhatsApp: (48\) 99667\-0668** Job Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Pay: Starting from R$2\.305,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel Allowance * Basic Food Basket * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher Work Location: On-site
